Project | Usability Testing the Amazon Alexa
For this project, my group conducted usability tests from start to finish on various technologies. My group pursued this project with Amazon’s Alexa, a smart home virtual assistant, and its compatible Echo Dot device. This report includes a detailed overview of the study’s goals, processes and procedures, resulting data and findings, as well as my team's recommendations for redesigning the website.
